On 2 October 2020 a notice of written procedure for senior unsecured floating rate bonds issued by Moment Group AB was published. Then on the 28 October the result was published.

On 23 March 2018, Moment Group AB announced its decision to issue unsecured corporate bonds valued at SEK 200 million on the Nordic corporate bond market. As of 22 May 2018, the bond has traded on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Demand from investors was very large and the bond issue was taken up mainly by institutional investors. The bonds are issued under a total frame of SEK 400 million and will run for 3 years with a variable rate of Stibor 3m + 6.0% and Stibor floor. The issue took place on 27 March 2018.

The proceeds are intended for refinancing and for the company’s day-to-day operations including the financing of acquisitions. Carnegie Investment Bank acted as book runner for the bond issue.

On 21 May, Nasdaq Stockholm approved MOMENT GROUP’s application for admission to trading, and the first day of bond trading was on May 22, 2018.

The bond trades under the ticker symbol MOMT 001.

The final trading date is 18 March 2021.
